In light of COVID19 concerns, Agency Title, will be conducting closings in the following manner…
• Our infrastructure allows us to complete all paperwork remotely. ✔️
• Closings can be completed in 3 ways…
– In office… ✔
This option allows signers and an agent.
Proper social distancing and masks are required.nAll offices, surfaces and supplies are disinfected between each closing to ensure nothing (not even a pen) could potentially put you at risk.
Agency Title has installed comfortable see thru protective barriers in our conference rooms for added safety.nTime is placed between closings to ensure no two groups are in the offices at the same time.

We bring the paperwork outside to you. This is a wonderful option. We please ask that you still wear your mask as we approach the car.
-Teleconference Closings… ✔
We can complete the entire closing remotely!
