Agency Title, Inc. was formed in 1994 by Jack Harpole. He is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and has over thirty years of experience in the areas of title examinations, real estate closings and title insurance.

Our offices routinely examine titles and close single-family FHA, VA and Conventional loans on properties located in Jefferson, Oldham, Bullitt, Shelby, Hardin, Carroll, Spencer, Henry and Gallatin counties in Kentucky, and in Floyd, Clark, Harrison, Scott, and Washington counties in Indiana.

Agency Title, Inc. is an issuing title insurance agent for Stewart Title Guaranty Company and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, two of the giants in the industry. We issue title insurance commitments and policies directly to our clients. We are accustomed to identifying and resolving all types of title defects so that a reputable title insurance company will insure your interest in the property.

We belong to the Louisville Board of Realtors, Louisville Mortgage Bankers Association, Louisville Homebuilders Association, Louisville Association of Professional Mortgage Women and Indiana Home Builders Association.

Jack Harpole is also a member of the Louisville Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association and the Indiana Bar Association.
